The Enigmatic Beauty of Castle Otttis | Marissa and Alex | St. Augustine Wedding

Congratulations to Marissa and Alex! They had a wonderful ceremony at The Castle Otttis in St. Augustine, FL. How many people can say they tied the knot in a castle? Their wedding was very intimate with only close family and friends. The purple florals added to the enchanting elegance of this unique venue. Most tours don't take you to the roof but we were able to take some portraits there after the guests left for the reception! Their reception took place at a local park after the ceremony.

I was able to tour this magnificent castle during a consultation with the bride, groom, and the bride's family. I enjoyed the opportunity to and learn just some of this castle's history! Without electricity, you would think this castle is a lighting nightmare. It wasn't! The open windows allowed natural light to come in and I was able to compliment it perfectly with just a few reflectors.

The Castle Ottis is a magnificent architectural marvel that captivates and inspires! Castle Otttis is an impression of an Irish castle of 1,000 years ago. The interior was created to evoke an atmosphere of an early Christian church in Ireland during the same period.
